Let’s Talk Shift is a bi-monthly, interactive radio show dedicated to supporting personal growth and transformation. In each episode, we’ll create a space for sharing, reflection, and development as we explore the journey of becoming our truest selves.

During the first show of each month, we’ll open the chat for live readings. Participants are encouraged to bring their questions, or simply ask what Spirit feels is most important for them to know in the moment. Deidre will offer as many readings as possible during this show, providing insight and guidance to those seeking clarity.

In the second show of the month, Deidre will draw on her expertise in Holistic Life Coaching and Root Cause Therapy to help participants facilitate their own shifts. These live discussions will focus on personal development, celebrating progress, and exploring actionable strategies to enhance our lives. We’ll delve into topics such as energy awareness, being present, observing ourselves with intention, and how different perspectives can help us better navigate our days. The goal is to provide listeners with tools and insights that empower them to embrace their authentic selves and feel more comfortable in their own skin.

While we won’t be diving into therapy sessions, Let’s Talk Shift will foster a sense of community where participants can share ideas, learn from each other, and gain new perspectives on life’s challenges.
